Watching NOW
You can watch NOW on a huge range of devices. So whether you've got a Cinema, Entertainment, or Sports Membership, there are loads of different ways to get stuck in. Watch online, using the NOW TV app or through our NOW Smart Stick. See below for a full list of devices.
Laptops and computers. Using the NOW app (recommended): Windows 8.1 or later; Using a web browser: Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, or Mac OSX 10.9 (Mavericks) or later; Using the NOW Player (if you don't have Silverlight): Mac OSX 10.9 (Mavericks) or later.
Tablets and smartphones - Android: find out if you can watch here, Apple iOS iPhone: 4S, 5 & 6, iPad: 2nd generation or later iPod Touch: 4th generation or later, Windows tablets (Windows smartphones are not supported) - All tablets with Windows 8.1 or later.
Set-top boxes - NOW Box.
Devices that aren't supported - Kindle Fire HD, Nintendo Wii, Amazon Fire TV Stick, Chromecast, Chromebook, Apple TV, Windows Smartphones, PlayStation 4 LG, Xbox One selected Smart TV models, LG: selected Blu-ray players and sound bars, and Roku Streaming Stick.

There are a couple of things you'll need for every NOW device:
1. A NOW account, with one of the following:
• Cinema Membership
• Entertainment Membership
• Sky Sports Day or Month Membership
2. A minimum download speed of:
• Broadband - 2.5Mbps
• 3G or 4G - 180Kbps
NOW Membership
NOW brings you a world of brilliant entertainment, straight to your screen. As a member, you can enjoy the latest movies, unmissable dramas, wonderful kids shows and the best live sports.
Choose the membership that’s right for you and change it whenever you want – all without a contract.
The Cinema Month Membership gives you the biggest and best movies. Including the latest blockbusters and hundreds of classics on demand, plus 11 Sky Cinema channels and a new Sky original film every month. All without a contract.
The Entertainment Month Membership is your ticket to watch the best TV entertainment channels that aren’t on Soarview. Plus loads of your favourite box sets and kids shows too. All without a contract.
The Sports Month Membership gives you a whole month of live sport, while the Sports Day Membership let you pay only for the days you want to watch.
We don’t want to see you leave, but if you have to, we’ve made it easy for you to cancel your Membership and come back to us whenever you want. Go to My Account for more information.
Cinema, Entertainment and Kids
Free Trial: When you first sign up for a Cinema Membership or Entertainment Membership we treat you to a 7 day free trial.
Your first and ongoing payments: Your first payment will be 7 days after you sign up, and then the same day each month. When a shorter month comes around, your payment date will be moved to the last day of the month. All future payments will then be taken on this day of the month too.
Sports Day Membership
Instant payment: When you sign up for a Sports Day Membership, the payment will be taken instantly. This means you’ll be charged when you buy your Sports Day Membership, and not when you activate it.
Sports Month Membership
First payment: When you sign up for a Sports Month Membership, your payment will be taken on the same day.
Ongoing payments: Future payments will then be taken on the same date each month. Help Tip: For example, if you signed up on 10 June, your first payment will be on this date, and future payments on the 10th of each month after that.
Shorter months
Does your payment date falls on the 29th, 30th or 31st of the month? When a shorter month comes around, your payment date will be moved to the last day of the month. All future payments will then be taken on this day of the month too.
What appears on your statement
All NOW Membership Payments appear as NOWTV.com/ie on your bank or card statement.
Multiple membership
If you have multiple membership in your account, these payments will be taken separately. This will be on the same day, each month as your first payment upon sign up.
Renewed subscriptions
The payment will be taken on the day you renew your subscription, and the same day each month after that.
Your personal payment information
Please go to My Account for your personal payment information. The My Account section will let you know:
• Your next payment date
• The offer end date
• Cost

Can I see subtitles on NOW?
Yes, you can get subtitles on selected devices on selected movies and shows, find out more here.
Can I save movies or shows to watch for later?
Yes – just select Add to My TV to add a show to your Watchlist, where you can find it to watch later.
Can I download shows to watch offline?
No, you can’t download shows. NOW is a streaming only service.
Can I stop younger viewers from watching age-rated movies and shows?
Yes, you can. Just turn on your Parental PIN and choose what age rating you want it to apply to.
Can I stop others buying a membership using my saved card?
If you want friends or family to use your NOW account without being able to buy a Membership or any other products using your saved card details, make sure your Payment PIN is turned on.
