Aggregate Data
* NowTV, Inc. may disclose aggregate information (example: 55% of users under 35 ). It is expected that this information would be collected by voluntary survey.

Contact
* NowTV will not contact users with advertising (ours or anyone elses), unless user has asked to be contacted with such information.
* If user has a subscription, NowTV may contact user in regards to any problems with that subscription (technical problem, payment problem, etc.).
