How much data can I use?
Unlimited, and when we say unlimited we mean it. All of our broadband options are uncapped, so no dodgy charges
What do I have to do after 12 months?
Nothing. Your service will continue but at the standard price of £42.98. Speed of the connection to your Hub, also known as your access line speed. If you have NOW TV Brilliant Broadband, this is the maximum speed between your local telephone exchange and your Hub. This speed depends on how far away you live from the exchange. If you have NOW TV Fibre Broadband, distance to the exchange isn’t important. However, the distance from your home to your local street cabinet (usually green) can affect your connection speed.

I am moving homes, can I still get NOW TV broadband?
Taking NOW TV with you is easy. We’ll get your broadband and phone set up at your new address in no time.

2. Tell us where you’re moving to and when. We’ll confirm that your current broadband plan is available at your new place. Or if you want to change, we can sort that out too.
3. We’ll book your home move . If an engineer visit is needed, we’ll book that too.
It’s that simple. Just remember to take your NOW TV kit with you when you move.
How do I switch to NOW TV broadband from my current provider? Switching to NOW TV Broadband couldn’t be easier. Just give us a call and we will do all the heavy lifting by taking care of the switch from your current provider. So you can sit back and relax.
Do I need an engineer visit? This depends on whether you have an existing phone line. If you don’t, we’ll book an engineer visit for you within a few weeks of your NOW TV broadband order. If you need an engineer visit to install a phone line, we’ll book one for you when you order NOW TV broadband. The waiting time depends on when an engineer’s available, but it’s usually within a couple of weeks. If you already have a phone line, there’s no need for an engineer visit. We’ll switch your broadband automatically. This will happen within two weeks of your order.
Can I keep my phone number and email address?
If you want to keep your current phone number, choose ‘Yes, keep my current number’ when you confirm your broadband order, and we’ll do our best to have it transferred over. If it’s not possible to keep your phone number, we’ll let you know. You can also forward your emails from your old broadband address to your new NOW TV address, and transfer across your email contacts. Please note: Emails can only be redirected from accounts that support POP access. Check with your current provider to find out if you can keep your existing email account.
What parental controls are available with NOW TV broadband?
NOW TV Broadband Buddy helps keep you and your family safe online, and is available free for all NOW TV Broadband customers. Broadband Buddy allows you to control what websites your family can access and when, on all devices connected to broadband. It also helps protect against phishing websites that try to collect your private information, and malware-infected websites that can damage your computer and other devices. Using the NOW TV Box and NOW TV Smart Box is the easiest way to watch NOW TV on your TV. There’s no installation: just plug the box into your TV, hook it up to your broadband and you can start watching right away.
