  • In 1990 Stockport, following the life of Martin Parker, an ambitious business man with the looks of Robert Kilroy Silk, seemingly living well with a beautiful wife and family, a flashy car, a long-term mistress, an impressive home, built upon a successful chain of electrical goods shops. Behind the confidence and nice suits, however, all is not quite what it seems, and after a series of bad business decisions, Mike Parker is about to suffer his comeuppance at the hands of the two women in his life.
