Can I see subtitles on NOW TV?
Yes, you can get subtitles on selected devices on selected movies and shows, find out more here.

Can I save movies or shows to watch for later?
Yes – just select Add to My TV to add a show to your Watchlist, where you can find it to watch later.

Can I download shows to watch offline?
You can download shows from our Sky Cinema, Entertainment, hayu and Kids Month Pass onto your iOS or Android device to watch offline. You can't currently download shows on the Sports Passes.

Can I stop younger viewers from watching age-rated movies and shows?
Yes, you can. Just turn on your Parental PIN and choose what age rating you want it to apply to.

Can I stop others buying Passes using my saved card?
If you want friends or family to use your NOW TV account without being able to buy Passes or any other products using your saved card details, make sure your Payment PIN is turned on.

We don’t want to see you leave, but if you have to, we’ve made it easy for you to cancel your Passes and come back to us whenever you want.

I want to cancel a Movies, Entertainment, hayu or Sports Month Pass

Step 1: Select My Account and then My Passes. You might need to enter your username and password.
Step 2: Select Cancel next to the Pass you don’t want any more and follow the onscreen steps.
Step 3: Once your Pass is cancelled, you’ll see the confirmation message below, and get a confirmation email within three hours.
You’ll be able to keep watching until the date your next payment is due.

I want to cancel a Sky Sports Day Pass

You can only cancel a Sports Day Pass that has been bought in the last 14 days and not activated. To cancel a Sports Day Pass you’ll need to contact us, and speak to one of our advisors.

If you’re an Apple TV customer without a NOW TV account, you’ll need to go to Apple to cancel your Sports Pass.

I want to cancel more than one Pass or account

If you have other Passes on your account you’ll need to cancel each of them individually. If you have more than one NOW TV account, you’ll need to sign in to each account to cancel any Passes you no longer want to use.
