Why has my NOW Broadband order been delayed?


When you move your NOW Broadband to your new home, we’ll give you an activation date, and we work with Openreach to get your service up and running on this date.

For most members, your broadband and calls will go live on the activation date we give you. However, sometimes activating your line can take a little longer than planned, for reasons outside of our control.

If your activation date is delayed for any reason, we’ll let you know by email and text message what the reason for the delay is. You can find out more about the different reasons for any delay to your order using the links below:
