I’ve forgotten my Wi-Fi password

If you've never changed your Wi-Fi password, you can find it on the back or bottom of your NOW Broadband Hub and on the Connect card that came with your Hub.

Keep in mind: Make sure you always enter your password in capital letters. The password doesn't contain any numbers.

You might be asked for your Wi-Fi PIN instead of the password – this is also printed on the back or bottom of your Hub and on your Connect Card.

Previously changed your Wi-Fi password from the original one printed on your Hub? Follow the steps below to change or reset your password.

How do I change my Wi-Fi password?

Follow the steps below on any device connected to your Wi-FI network.

Can’t connect to your Wi-Fi network? Just connect an Ethernet cable between a computer or laptop and your Hub first.

Step 1:

Open a new web browser window.

Step 2:

In the address bar, type 192.168.0.1 and press Enter. This will bring up the settings screen for your Hub.

Step 3:

Select the Wireless tab. Enter the username admin and password nowtv (in lowercase) when prompted. If these login details don’t work, you’ll need to reset your Hub.

Step 4:

Enter the new Wi-Fi password you want to use.

Step 5:

Select Apply to save your new settings.

Step 6:

Reconnect all your devices using your new Wi-Fi password.

How do I reset my Wi-Fi password?

If you can't connect to your Hub, you can reset your Wi-Fi password to the original one. You can find your original Wi-Fi password on the back or bottom of your Hub.

Step 1:

Make sure your Hub is switched on. Press and hold Reset on the back of your Hub for at least 10 seconds.
