Got a new payment card? You can change your payment details at any time in My Account.

You can make your monthly NOW Broadband Membership payments using Mastercard or Visa.

Good to know: Got TV Membership as well? As well as Mastercard and Visa, you can pay for your TV Membership with American Express. You can use different payment methods for your broadband and TV membership, so you can pay for your TV membership using Amex, and your broadband membership with Mastercard or Visa.

I forgot to update my details and missed a payment. What should I do?

Not to worry – you can make any overdue payments in My Account. Just follow the steps to pay your outstanding balance, or get your account up and running again if you’ve missed several payments in a row and your account has been suspended.
