What is NOW Broadband Basics?

NOW Broadband Basics is NOW's social tariff, designed for NOW Broadband Members who are in need of financial assistance and want to stay connected. Like our other NOW Broadband packages, it's now only available to existing members.

To be eligible for our Basics package, you must be receiving one of the benefits below:

• Universal Credit (UC)
• Pension Credit (PC)
• Income-based Employment Support Allowance (I-ESA)
• Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance (I-JSA)
• Income Support (IS)

Keep in mind: By claiming the Basics package, you need to be able to provide proof when asked that the NOW Broadband account holder and bill payer is receiving one of these benefits.

What’s included in the NOW Broadband Basics package?

• NOW Broadband

You get NOW Fab Fibre Membership for £20 a month, with an average download speed of 36Mbps.

• NOW Calls

You get our Pay as you Use calls plan included at no extra cost. So you only pay for the calls you make, with no monthly charge.

Good to know: We'll give you an ongoing monthly contract when you join NOW Basics. So you'll just need to let us know 31 days in advance if you want to cancel, and you won't need to pay any early termination charges.

How do I join?

If you're a NOW Broadband Member currently receiving one of the benefits listed above and you'd like to switch to our Basics package, head to get in touch and sign in, then give us a call on the number shown.

If you're not an existing NOW Broadband Member, you won't be able to join. However, NOW Powered by Sky's Basics tariff is open to new customers. To find out more, give Sky a call on 0333 7595197.
