You can watch NOW on a huge range of devices. So whether you've got a Cinema, Entertainment, Kids, hayu or Sports, there are loads of different ways to get stuck in. Watch online, using the NOW app or through our NOW Stick. See below for a full list of devices.

Laptops and computers - Using the NOW app (recommended): Mac OSX 10.9 (Mavericks) or later; Using the NOW Player.

Tablets and smartphones - Android: version 5 onward, Apple iOS devices (version 11.2 onward).

Games consoles -Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4 & 5.

Set-top boxes- YouView (see below for more information), Roku: LT (Purple), XS & 3 (Black), Apple TV (generation 1,2,3 unsupported).

Smart Devices - Selected LG Smart TV models, selected Blu-ray players and sound bars, selected Sony Android Smart TV models, selected Samsung Smart TV models, Roku Streaming Stick and Amazon Fire Stick.

Devices that aren't supported - Kindle Fire HD, Nintendo Wii, Windows 7, 8, 10.

You can use your YouView box to watch On Demand movies with NOW. Unfortunately live TV channels and On Demand TV shows aren’t available on YouView.

Can I see subtitles on NOW?
Yes, you can get subtitles on selected devices on selected movies and shows, find out more here.

Can I save movies or shows to watch for later?
Yes – just select Add to My TV to add a show to your Watchlist, where you can find it to watch later.

Can I download shows to watch offline?
You can download shows from our Cinema, Entertainment, hayu and Kids Month Membership onto your iOS or Android device to watch offline. You can't currently download shows on the Sports Passes.

Can I stop younger viewers from watching age-rated movies and shows?
Yes, you can. Just turn on your Parental PIN and choose what age rating you want it to apply to.

Can I stop others buying a membership using my saved card?
If you want friends or family to use your NOW account without being able to buy a membership or any other products using your saved card details, make sure your Payment PIN is turned on.

We don’t want to see you leave, but if you have to, we’ve made it easy for you to cancel your membership and come back to us whenever you want.

I want to cancel a Movies, Entertainment, hayu or Sports Month Membership

Step 1: Select My Account and then My Membership. You might need to enter your username and password.
Step 2: Select Cancel next to the membership you don’t want any more and follow the onscreen steps.
Step 3: Once your membership is cancelled, you’ll see the confirmation message below, and get a confirmation email within three hours.
You’ll be able to keep watching until the date your next payment is due.

I want to cancel more than one membership or account

If you have more than one membership on your account you’ll need to cancel each of them individually. If you have more than one NOW account, you’ll need to sign in to each account to cancel any membership you no longer want to use.
