At NOW, we're committed to ensuring that our products and services are accessible for people with disabilities. With this commitment in mind, NOW is aligning itself with the European Accessibility Act and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. To maintain high accessibility standards, we’ll be continuously monitoring and considering any future guidance from regulators and the European Commission as well as any new accessibility standards expected to be published in the near future.

Can I watch NOW with subtitles or closed captions?

Many of our shows and movies now have subtitles available, with more being added every day.

Is Audio Description (AD) available on NOW?

We’re working on making AD available on selected shows and movies on the Cinema Membership and Entertainment Membership. You can watch with AD on selected live channels.

 

We're planning to increase the number of shows and movies with AD. We’ll let you know on this page when more details are available.

 

Got a NOW Smart Stick or Box? You can listen to AD on selected apps including Netflix.

 

Keep in mind: Although AD is available on some apps on the NOW Smart Stick and Box, this feature isn’t supplied by NOW and we can’t guarantee that all shows will have AD available.

 

Can I watch NOW with sign language?

Yes, selected shows and movies now have ISL (Irish Sign Language) available.
