NOW app not loading on Samsung TV

Having trouble launching the NOW app on your Samsung smart TV? We&#39;re aware of a few different problems you might be facing at the moment. The good news is, there&#39;s a solution for all of them... 
 
<h2>I&#39;m getting a white screen when I try to launch the NOW app</h2>
This problem seems to be affecting selected models of Samsung TV. You can get around it by just pressing the Exit button on your Samsung remote to close the app. When you reopen it, the app will launch as normal. 
 
<h2>I&#39;m getting an &#39;expired OTT token&#39; error message</h2>
Reinstalling the NOW app will usually fix this problem. To do this: 
<ol><li>Go to the Apps page on your TV</li><li>Select NOW and hold the remote button down until a window appears</li><li>Select Reinstall.</li></ol>
