DSL, Fibre Optic, or Superfast Fibre?

DSL broadband provides average speeds of 11Mbps, ideal for small households that want to browse online and watch catch up TV with minimal buffering. Our DSL product is called NOW Broadband.
Fibre Optic broadband provides average download speeds of 36Mbps, allowing you to download music, play online games and stream live TV with minimal disruptions. Our 36Mbps product is called Fab Fibre.
Superfast Fibre broadband has speeds in excess of 36Mbps and is generally best suited for large family households or for people that need a faster download speed to stream HD TV to multiple screens and download large files. Our Super Fibre gives you average speeds of 63Mbps.

Switching providers

Switching broadband provider can sometimes be a slow process.

Well, there’s no need to fret, NOW will make switching broadband provider effortless.
If you’re switching from non-cable providers such as BT, EE, Plusnet or TalkTalk, we'll take care of all the hassle.

As soon as you’ve ordered NOW Broadband, we’ll contact your current provider and switch your phone line over to us. So you can sit back and relax whilst we do the work.

Once your phone line is registered with us, your existing phone and broadband service will be automatically cancelled.
We'll also ensure that you're not without broadband for any length of time while we switch you to NOW.

If you're switching from Virgin Media, we'll need you to cancel your services once your phone line is registered with us.
We also recommend that you keep your Virgin Media broadband active until the day after you move to NOW so you don't lose any service.

Unlimited Broadband: No usage limits. No peak time traffic management. External factors such as internet congestion and home wiring may affect speed.
