Change or reset password

<p>How you change or reset your password depends on whether you know your current password or not.</p>
<h2>I’ve forgotten my password and need to reset it</h2>
<h3>Step 1:</h3>
<p>Go to <strong>My Account</strong> at the top right of the website and select <strong>Sign in</strong>.</p>
<h3>Step 2:</h3>
<p>Select <a href="https://www.nowtv.com/gb/forgotten-password" title="Forgotten password" target="_blank">I don&#39;t know my password</a>.</p>
<h3>Step 3:</h3>
<p>Enter your NOW email address and select <strong>Continue.</strong> We&#39;ll email you instructions on how to set or reset your password.</p>

<h2>I know my password but want to change it</h2>
<p>If you want to update your password, for example to make your account more secure, follow these steps:</p>
<h3>Step 1:</h3>
<p>Sign in to <a href="https://www.nowtv.com/gb/account/settings" title="Account settings" target="_blank">My Account</a> with your email address and your current password. </p>
<h3>Step 2:</h3>
<p>Scroll down to <strong>Security details</strong> and select <strong>Reset</strong>.</p>
<h3>Step 3: </h3>
<p>Hit <strong>Continue</strong>. We&#39;ll email you a link to reset your password. The link will be live for 3 hours and you&#39;ll only be able to use it once.</p>
<h3>Step 4:</h3>
<p>Click on the link in the email and follow the onscreen instructions to change your password.<br><br></p>
