I cancelled my membership, but want to restart it


Want to restart a membership you've cancelled? No problem—you can do that in My Account in just a few clicks.

Just sign in with your existing account details, select the membership you want to reactivate and hit Restart membership. Or, if your billing date has passed, select Add memberships and then the one you want to restart.

 

Renewing before your next monthly payment would've been due?

If you're renewing before the next monthly membership payment would've been due, you'll see the option to Restart membership. Select this and your membership will resume without a break. Your monthly payments will continue on the same date.

Good to know: If you're on a minimum-term plan, you'll still have the Restart membership option until the last monthly payment date of your plan has passed. If you restart, at the end of your plan your membership will roll on at the standard monthly price.


Has your monthly payment date passed since you cancelled?

If your monthly payment date has passed since you cancelled, your membership has lapsed and you'll see the Add memberships option instead. Your first payment will be taken on the day you renew your membership, and on the same day each month after that.
