I started signing up, but didn't finish

If you started signing up to NOW but didn’t complete all the steps, you don’t have to start again from the beginning. To finish setting up, you just need to add a membership to your account and complete your payment details.

Step 1: Sign in

Select My Account and Sign in at the top of the page, and enter your email address and the password you chose during your original signup.

Step 2: Add a membership

Go to NOWTV.com/ie/membership and select the membership you want. If there are any offers available, you'll find them here.

Step 3: Add payment details

Go to checkout and add your payment details to complete your order.
 

Once your account is set up, you can start watching right away – and it’s easy to add more memberships, or upgrade your viewing experience with Boost or Ultra Boost, in the Membership area of My Account.
