How do I get the Netflix app?
The Netflix app will usually already be loaded on your device when you get it. You’ll find it in My apps.
Can’t see Netflix in My apps? You’ll need to download it from the App store first:
- On your home screen, scroll to App store and select OK on your NOW remote.
- Select Netflix from the list of available apps.
- Select Add app to start downloading.
Once the Netflix app's downloaded, you can find it by selecting My apps on your home screen.
How do I sign up for a Netflix subscription?
You can get a Netflix subscription through the app on your NOW Smart Stick or Box, even if you don’t have a Netflix account yet.
Just open the Netflix app and follow the on-screen steps to create an account and get a subscription.

How is my Netflix payment taken?
NOW doesn't take any payments for your Netflix subscription, and your monthly subscription payments go directly to Netflix.
So even if you signed up through the Netflix app on your NOW Smart Stick or Box, you won't see your monthly Netflix payments in your NOW payments.
You can manage your Netflix subscription and check your payments on the Netflix website.
What other apps can I get on my NOW device?
Your NOW Smart Stick or Box comes pre-loaded with a whole bunch of other apps, and you can download extra apps, too.
To download other apps:
- On your home screen, scroll to App store and select OK on your NOW remote.
- Browse the list of available apps, and select the one you want to download.
- Select Add app to download.
Once your app's downloaded, you can find it by selecting My apps on your home screen.
