2. Billing and Cancellation
2.1 There is no cash alternative to credit, and any credit on your account is non-transferable.
2.2 NOW Credit expires 36 months after the date it was last added to, or used on your NOW account. We will remind you via email before your NOW credit is due to expire.
2.3 If you cancel your NOW account, any NOW credit remaining is non-refundable and will be lost.
2.4 If a purchase exceeds the amount of credit available on your NOW account, the credit/debit card saved on your account will be used to pay the outstanding balance.
2.5 Month Membership auto-renew at the standard price unless cancelled, and you can cancel at any time. When a Membership renews, we’ll use any available credit on your account first for the monthly payment, with any remaining balance paid using the credit/debit card saved on your account.
2.6 You cannot use credit on your NOW account to pay for NOW products and any membership billed by a third party, including iTunes. For avoidance of doubt, if you currently pay for NOW through anyone other than NOW , you’re unable to use your Tesco Clubcard Vouchers converted to NOW credit. Before converting Clubcard vouchers, check https://help.nowtv.com/clubcard for details and eligibility.
2.6.1. If you currently have a NOW Entertainment Membership linked to a Vodafone Red Bundle, then you can use your credit to purchase any other membership and products available on nowtv.com (excluding NOW Broadband) outside of your NOW Entertainment Membership.
2.6.2. If your NOW products are currently billed by a third party and you want to use your Clubcard vouchers to pay for them, you’ll need to switch your payment method so that you’re billed by NOW directly.
2.7 You cannot currently use credit on your NOW account if you are, or ever have been, a NOW TV Combo customer.
