Your first payment will be taken at the end of your free trial, unless you cancel before then. You can check the date your first payment is due in the Membership area of My Account.
Can't see the membership you're paying for in My Account?
This could be because you have more than one NOW account. You can use our Account Finder to check for NOW accounts you might've forgotten about.
Just enter your name and the last 4 digits of your payment card, and we'll check for any matching accounts.
Keep in mind: If you signed up for a minimum term with one of our Monthly Saver subscriptions and cancelled during the minimum term period, your cancellation won’t take effect until your plan ends.
FAQs
I'm paying more than I expected. How do I cancel my membership?
You can view your membership details and cancel at any time in Membership. Just select the one you want to stop, click Cancel Membership and follow the steps to the end.
Keep in mind: If you signed up with a minimum-term plan for a fixed period, your cancellation won’t take effect until your plan ends.
Why do I have different payment dates for subscriptions I started on the same day?
We’ll normally take your first membership payment on the day you sign up, or at the end of your free trial, and then on the same day in each month that follows.
However, if you start more than one subscription at the same time, we might sometimes choose to take your next payments for each membership on different days. This helps the banks to process your payments correctly.
Don’t worry – when we spread out your monthly payments in this way, we always make sure that your payment date comes after the day of the month of your first payment. So you’ll get more days for the price of your monthly membership, not fewer.
