Change or reset password


How you change or reset your password depends on whether you know your current password or not.

I’ve forgotten my password and need to reset it

Step 1:

Go to My Account at the top right of the website and select Sign in.

Step 2:

Select I don't know my password.

Step 3:

Enter your NOW email address and select Continue. We'll email you instructions on how to set or reset your password.

 

Can't remember what email address you signed up with?

Try putting the email address you think you might have signed up with into our Account Finder tool. If you still can't track down your account, contact us by selecting the Get in touch button on this page.

If you're still having trouble logging in, please contact us by selecting the Get in touch button on this page.

 

I know my password but want to change it

If you want to update your password, for example to make your account more secure, follow these steps:

Step 1:

Sign in to My Account with your email address and your current password. 

Step 2:

Scroll down to Security details and select Reset.

Step 3: 

Hit Continue. We'll email you a link to reset your password. The link will be live for 3 hours and you'll only be able to use it once.

Step 4:

Click on the link in the email and follow the onscreen instructions to change your password.

Didn’t receive your password reset email? 

Check your Junk or Spam folders – the email may have gone there by mistake – or try requesting another email.
