I can’t log in

Let's see if we can help you with your login details.

Email or password problems

Reset your password

If you know the email address on your NOW account, you can often solve any login issues by resetting your password.

Don’t have access to your registered email address?

If you can’t access the email account your signed up with, you won’t be able to reset your password. Select the Get in touch button on this page to contact us by live chat and we can update it for you.

Not sure what email address you signed up with?

Our Account Finder can help remind you which email address you used to sign up. Just enter your name and one of the following:

  • The last 4 digits of the payment card you think you signed up with
  • Your PayPal email address
  • A billing descriptor (on your card statement, after ‘NOW’, you’ll see a 5-character billing descriptor next to the item you have been charged for. For example: ‘NOW 3BY4F’).

We'll then check for any matching accounts.

Go to Account Finder

Problems logging in via a web browser

If you’re only having trouble logging in via your browser, it may be due to your browser settings or temporary files (cookies and cache). Here are some solutions:

  • Clear cache and cookies: Outdated or corrupted cookies and cache files can often cause login issues. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies and logging in again. How you do this depends on your browser, but you'll usually find this option in your browser's settings under Privacy or Clear browsing data
  • Update your browser: Make sure your browser is up to date. Older browser versions can cause problems with modern websites. You can usually check and update this via your browser settings.
  • Use a different browser: Some browsers may not work properly with certain websites. Try using a different browser and logging in there.
  • Disable browser extensions: Sometimes browser extensions or add-ons can cause problems. Try temporarily disabling them and logging in again.

Problems logging in on a specific device

Sometimes you may find that you’re unable to sign in on a specific device. Try these steps to fix the problem:

  • Update the app: Make sure you have the latest version of the NOW app installed on your device. For example, to do this on a mobile or tablet, go to the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices) and search for the app. If an update is available, update the app and try logging in again.
  • Restart the app: Sometimes simply restarting the app can solve the problem. Close the app completely and open it again.
  • Restart your device: In some cases, restarting your device can help. Turn off your device completely and restart it.
  • Reinstall the app: If that doesn't help, try uninstalling and reinstalling the NOW app. For example, to do this on a mobile or tablet, delete the app from your device, then go to the App Store or Google Play Store and reinstall it.
  • Check your internet connection: Make sure your device has a stable internet connection. Sometimes network issues can prevent login from working.

Can’t access the keyboard on your Xbox?

If you're having trouble signing in to the NOW app on your Xbox One or Series X/S because the keyboard's not appearing, there's a quick fix for that:

  • Go to Settings on your Xbox.
  • Select Ease of Access
  • Turn off the High Contrast Mode

That's it. The keyboard should now be visible, ready for you to enter your login details.
