Change your email address

You can change the email address linked to your NOW account in My Account. You'll need access to both your current email address and your new one to complete the change. If you no longer have access to the email address registered on your NOW account, contact us by live chat, and we can update it for you.

Follow the steps below to update your email address.

Before you start

You'll need:

• Access to your current email address.
• Access to the new email address you want to use.

How do I change my email address?

Step 1:
Sign in to My Account and select Change email.

Step 2:
Open the email sent to your current email address.

Step 3:
Select the Update my email link in the email.

Step 4:
Enter your new email address and save your changes.

Step 5:
Open the verification email sent to your new email address. (Can't see an email from us? Try checking your Junk or Spam folder).

Step 6:
Select Verify my email to confirm the change.

Good to know: The next time you sign in to NOW, you'll need to use your new email address.

Can't access your current email address?

If you no longer have access to the email address linked to your account, you won't be able to change it yourself in My Account. Contact us by live chat and we can update it for you.
