A profile PIN is a 4-digit PIN that prevents others from accessing your profile on NOW. It also protects kids and teenagers from watching content in adult profiles.
Once set up, you will need to enter your profile PIN each time you want to access a protected profile.
Good to know: From 18 February 2025, we’ll be rolling out some great new features on the NOW app. The app updates will roll out over several weeks so you may notice the old and new versions running side by side on different devices. If your NOW app hasn’t updated yet, use the viewing PIN settings in My Account. If it has updated, your viewing PIN will have been removed so you’ll need to create a new profile PIN for each profile you’d like to protect.
Your profile PIN can only be managed by you, so our advisors won't be able to set or reset it for you - you'll need to do this yourself online.
