Because NOW Membership is flexible and allows you to cancel at any time, we don’t normally give refunds. But in certain circumstances, we may be able to offer you a refund or credit.

<summary>Minimum-term plans</summary>
Our minimum-term plans give you significant savings on the regular cost of membership in return for signing up for a minimum term of several months. Unfortunately, that means you won&#39;t be eligible for a refund if you change your mind during your minimum term.
 
If you decide you no longer want your membership, the best thing to do is cancel it right away in <a href="https://www.nowtv.com/ie/account/membership" target="_blank">Membership</a> to ensure it doesn&#39;t roll on at the regular price at the end of your plan. (Don&#39;t forget, if you&#39;re on a minimum-term plan for more than one membership you&#39;ll need to cancel each one separately.)
 
Your cancellation will take effect from the end of your minimum term, and you&#39;ll still be able to enjoy NOW right up until the last day of your plan.

<summary>Do you have multiple accounts?</summary>
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to refund you if you’ve been charged twice for the same membership because you’ve got more than one account. Check out our <a href="https://www.nowtv.com/ie/help/article/cancelled-but-still-being-charged" target="_self">Cancelled but still being charged</a> article for more info about multiple accounts. If you’ve lost track of your accounts, our <a href="https://www.nowtv.com/ie/help/account-finder" target="_blank">Account Finder</a> can help you find them.
 
Once you’ve found them, sign in to any accounts you no longer use and cancel any duplicate memberships before your next billing date to avoid being charged again.

<summary>Charged after a free trial?</summary>
When you start a free trial, we&#39;ll take your first payment 7 days later, unless you cancel before then. As this is made clear when you start your trial and in your email confirmation, unfortunately we&#39;re not able to refund you simply because you forgot to cancel before the end of your trial.
 
If you&#39;ve been charged because you forgot to cancel, the best thing to do is head to <a href="https://www.nowtv.com/ie/account/membership" target="_blank">Membership</a> and cancel right away to make sure it doesn&#39;t happen again. You&#39;ll still be able to enjoy NOW for the full month you&#39;ve paid for.
 
If you should start a trial for another membership in the future, it’s a good idea to make a note of your payment date in your diary or calendar to help you budget, or in case you want to cancel. If you decide you don&#39;t want to continue with that membership, you can cancel anytime and you&#39;ll still be able to watch for 7 days – so there&#39;s no need to wait until the last day of your trial to cancel.

<summary>How will I be refunded?</summary>
If you’re eligible for a refund, it will be paid back to your original payment method. For example, if you paid using your credit balance, we’ll refund you by crediting your NOW account.
 
If you upgraded your membership or added Boost or Ultra Boost part way through your billing month, we’ll give you a pro-rata refund using the payment method saved on your NOW account. <a href="https://www.nowtv.com/ie/help/article/upgrades-credit-refunds" target="_blank">Find out more about upgrades and refunds</a>.

<summary>Have you watched with the membership you want a refund for?</summary>

Unfortunately, you won’t be eligible for a refund if you’ve watched with your membership. If you’ve got a monthly membership, it will automatically roll on from month to month, so to avoid being charged again, head to the <a href="https://www.nowtv.com/ie/account/membership" target="_blank">Membership</a> section of My Account to cancel before your next billing date.
