Do I need a TV aerial to use the NOW Box?
No, you don't need a TV aerial. The NOW Box just needs an internet connection to stream shows, movies and sport straight to your TV.

Yes, you’ll need to be a NOW Member to set up your NOW Box.

What apps can I get on the NOW Box?
Your NOW Box comes with a bunch of apps already pre-installed, with loads more you can download in seconds.
You get catch up apps like 3Player and Channel 4, as well as Netflix, YouTube, Spotify and Sky Sports Box Office.

Can I use more than one NOW Box with my account?
Yes, you can connect as many NOW Boxes as you like within your home.
You can watch on 1 device at a time, unless you've got Boost or Ultra Boost, which lets you stream on 2 or 3 devices at once.

Can I keep my NOW Box if I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can still keep your NOW Box if you cancel your membership. However, you won't be able to watch any movies, TV or live sport with the NOW app.

No, the NOW Box can only be used for the NOW app and other apps available in the App Store.

You can pause and rewind the live sports channels and Sky Sports+ streams for up to 2 hours with the black NOW Box.
