Hi,, how can we help today?

7 day free trial

Our 7-day free trial is the perfect way to try out Boost or Ultra Boost alongside your membership. Not all shows and channels are available in full HD or 4K UHD, and not all devices support higher-quality streaming – so a free trial is a great way of checking whether Boost or Ultra Boost are for you.

How to start your free trial

Just head to NOWTV.com/membership, pick a membership, and you should see the option to add a free trial of Boost or Ultra Boost before you check out.

Keep in mind: You'll only be eligible for a free trial of something you haven't tried before.

When you're happy with your package, just fill in your details to create an account and you're good to go!

At the end of your free trial, Boost or Ultra Boost will renew automatically (unless cancelled) and you'll be charged £6pm or £9pm as applicable.

With your free Boost/ Ultra Boost trial, you can...

  • Watch on-demand shows, movies and sports ad-free
  • Stream most movies, selected Entertainment shows and all the Sky Sports channels in full 1080p HD
  • With Ultra Boost, watch selected content in up to 4K Ultra HD HDR. See full details
  • Enjoy a fully immersive audio experience with Dolby Digital 5.1 or Dolby Atmos if you have a surround sound speaker system or soundbar (selected content and devices).
  • Get extra streams, so up to 3 people in your household can enjoy NOW at the same time.

FAQs

I've signed up – what happens next?

You can start watching straight away on loads of devices, like your laptop, tablet, smartphone and more. You'll get full access to Boost/Ultra Boost for the length of your trial. When your free trial ends, Boost or Ultra Boost will renew automatically (unless cancelled) and you'll be charged £6pm or £9pm as applicable.

What if I don't want to continue after my free trial?

You can cancel Boost/Ultra Boost and restart it at any time in the Membership area of My Account (you'll need to be signed in). Follow the cancellation steps right to the end, and make sure everything's gone through correctly by heading back to Membership and checking Boost/Ultra Boost is showing as cancelled.

Keep in mind: If you also want to cancel another subscription, you'll need to cancel each one separately.

Do I need to wait until the last day of my free trial before I cancel?

No – you can cancel at any time, and you'll still be able to enjoy Boost/Ultra Boost for the full trial period.

I forgot to cancel before the end of my free trial, and now I've been charged. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we're not able to refund you if you forget to cancel. Our subscriptions are designed to be super-flexible, so you can drop in and out as and when you want to watch, and cancel anytime.

If you've been charged because you forgot to cancel, the best thing to do is head to Membership and cancel right away to make sure it doesn't happen again. You'll still be able to enjoy Boost/Ultra Boost for the full month you've paid for.

I've got a voucher. Can I use this and still get my free trial?

Yes, you can, but you'll need to sign up for your free trial as normal first.

Once you've done that, head to My Account and follow these steps to apply your voucher any time before your free trial ends.

I'm already a NOW Member. Can I still get a free trial?

If you're already a member, but you haven’t tried Boost or Ultra Boost before, you might be able to start a free trial in My Account.

Just head to Membership (you'll need to be signed in) and check to see if there's a free trial option. If you can't see it, then the free trial isn't available right now.

Good to know: You won't be able to get a Boost or Ultra Boost free trial if you only have Sports Day Membership.

Can I get a free trial if I'm an EE TV customer?

Yes – if you'd like to try any bolt-on membership options on top of your core EE TV package, you can add a free trial in your EE TV account, via your EE TV guide, or by calling EE TV.

At the end of your free trial the monthly cost will be added to your EE TV bill, unless you cancel it in your EE TV account or by contacting EE TV.
