If you're already a NOW Member, you can simply download the NOW app to your Amazon Fire tablet or TV device, sign in and start watching.

Not a member yet? In the app, you also have the option to join NOW via Amazon and pay for your membership using Amazon 1-Click.

To watch NOW on your Android device:

1. Go to Google Play (or AppGallery on some Huawei devices), search for the NOW app and download it
   2.    Already a NOW Member? Simply open the app and sign in with your NOW email and password. Be sure to enter your password carefully, as it’s case sensitive.
   3.    Not a NOW Member yet? Head here to join in.

Help tip: You won't be able to watch on rooted Android devices or devices running CyanogenMod.

Using a OnePlus 8 or 8T Android device?
You might just need to deactivate the Vibrant Colour feature. Just head to Settings, select Display and Vibrant Colour Display, and set it to Off.

If you're seeing an error message on your OnePlus device saying, Viewing Stopped. Something's gone wrong. If the problem persists, contact Online Support team. PLAYBACK_CODEC_DECODING_ERROR, turning off Vibrant Colour and restarting the NOW app should fix it.

Simply sign in to the NOW app on your Android TV with your email and password to start watching.

Got Apple TV 4th generation or later? You should have the NOW app pre-installed. You might just need to head to your Apple TV App Store to download the newest version.

Then, if you're already a NOW Member, you can simply sign in with your existing account details and start watching.

Not a member yet? No problem – it's easy to join in via the NOW app. Just open the app, pick something you want to watch and follow the steps to join with that membership. Your monthly subscription will be billed by Apple.

NOW is available on selected Hisense TVs with the VIDAA 6.0 or later operating system. If your model is supported, you’ll find the NOW app in the VIDAA Home Launcher.

To start watching:

1. Open the app and sign in if you're already a member.

2. New to NOW? It's easy to join via your Hisense TV. Open the app, pick something you want to watch and follow the onscreen prompts to sign up. You'll just need to enter your personal details, choose a password and enter your payment details.

3. You're all set! Simply sign in with your new account details and find a movie, TV show or sporting event to enjoy.

You'll need our app to watch NOW on your iPhone or iPad. Just go to the App Store, search for the NOW app and download it.

Already a NOW Member? 
To start streaming, simply open the app and sign in with your NOW email and password. Be sure to enter your password carefully, as it’s case sensitive.

Not a NOW Member yet?

No problem – you can join via the NOW app, and your monthly subscription will be billed by Apple.

Using Airplay to cast to your TV

You can use your iPhone or iPad to cast NOW to Apple TV or an AirPlay 2-compatible smart TV.

First, connect your TV to the web. (If you have a wired network, connect your Ethernet cable before you begin.)

1.    Click on the Smart, Menu or Settings button, depending on your remote control.
2.    Select Network – this is shown as a globe with a plane flying around it.
3.    Go to Network Connection, followed by Start Connection. This picks up any nearby networks.
4.    Select your network when it appears, and enter the password if you have one.

Once you see the Network is connected message, you’re all set.

Your LG device comes with the NOW app installed, so you won't need to download it. Just check out the premium section and our app will be the first one you'll see.

Already a NOW Member? Simply open the app and sign in with your NOW email and password.

Don’t have an account yet?

No problem – you can sign up via your LG TV.

Your NOW Smart Stick (or NOW Box) comes with the NOW app installed.

You can stream NOW via all modern browsers on Windows PCs and Macs. Use Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox for the best viewing experience. 

Good to know: Chromebooks and Linux devices are not supported.

Head to the PlayStation support site if you need help streaming on your PS4 or PS5.

To watch NOW on your compatible Samsung TV:

1.    Go to the app store on your TV
2.    Search for NOW
3.    Download the NOW app
4.    Lastly, sign in to the NOW app with your email and password and find a movie, TV show or sport to enjoy.

I'm getting error AS415
If you see the error AS415, it means there's a problem connecting to the Samsung server. Reset your router, and contact Samsung for help.

1.    Go to the Store on your Xbox and find the Apps section
2.    Search for the NOW app and select Install
4.    Sign in to the app and start streaming.
