Cancel my NOW membership
We don’t want to see you leave, but if you have to go we’ve made it easy to cancel your TV membership and come back to us whenever you want.
Good to know: If you have more than one TV membership on your account, you’ll need to cancel each of them individually.
Want to cancel a membership, Boost or Ultra Boost?
- Head to Membership & Payment, select the membership or viewing experience you don’t want any more, then click Cancel membership or Cancel viewing experience and follow the onscreen steps.
- We recommend using a desktop, laptop or tablet to cancel rather than a mobile.
Once your membership is cancelled you’ll see a confirmation message, and get a confirmation email within 3 hours. You’ll be able to keep watching until the date your next payment was due (unless you're on a minimum-term plan – see the FAQ below for details).
Are you an EE TV customer?
Paying for your NOW Membership through EE TV? You'll need to cancel through them, too.
If your membership is part of a EE TV package, give them a call to find out more about how to cancel it or change your package.
If you have a bolt-on membership on top of your package, it will automatically renew from month to month. If you don't want it to continue, you can cancel it in your EE TV account, or by contacting them.
Subscribing to NOW via one of our partners?
If you're paying for your NOW Membership via one of our partners, you'll need to cancel through them too. Find out how to contact NOW partners.

FAQs
Can I cancel through my NOW Smart Stick or another device?
No – you can only cancel here on our website in My Account. The cancel option isn't available in the NOW app.
How do I cancel my minimum-term plan?
We sometimes offer minimum-term plans that give you significant savings on the regular cost of membership in return for signing up for a minimum term of several months.
During your minimum term, you're free to cancel by going to My Account as usual, but your cancellation won't take effect until the end of your minimum term. Any remaining monthly payments will be taken as normal and you can continue watching right up until the last day of your plan, when your membership will end. Don't forget, if you're on a minimum-term plan for more than one membership you'll need to cancel each one separately.
If you don't cancel your minimum-term plan before it ends, your membership will roll on at the regular price.

Can I cancel a Sports Day Membership?
Sports Day Membership starts immediately after purchase, so it's not possible to cancel it. It will run continuously for 24 hours and you won't be able to pause it. (It doesn't matter what time of day you add your membership – you'll still get the full 24 hours).
Why can't I see the membership I want to cancel on my account?
This is most likely because you have more than one NOW account. You’ll need to sign in to each account to cancel any memberships you no longer want to use.

Will Boost or Ultra Boost renew automatically each month, like my membership?
That depends on what type of membership you’ve got.
As long as you’ve got an active monthly membership, Boost or Ultra Boost will renew automatically each month unless you cancel it. You can cancel at any time in exactly the same way as you’d cancel your membership, by going to Membership.
If you’ve only got a Sports Day Membership on your account, Boost or Ultra Boost will only run for one month, and won’t auto renew – so you don’t need to remember to cancel it.
If you cancel your last membership (unless it’s one you pay for through a third party, like Apple or Amazon), we'll automatically cancel your Boost or Ultra Boost from the next billing date for you as well.
