Nick's girlfriend, Ania, has joined the staff of Sunset Tan. The Olly girls decide to take tanning seriously and study for the Smart Tan Certification.

Nick is stressed when Ania fills in for someone at his salon and they finally end up working together. Can business and pleasure really be mixed?

Erin's dad makes a pit stop in LA (after doing missionary work in Africa), surprising Erin who is spray tanning an ex-playmate and her three daughters.

Unsure about Janelle for Vegas and Nick for regional manager, Jeff and Devin meet Heidi, who has owned her own salon and wants to move to LA.

Jeff and Devin head to Vegas with Janelle and the Olly girls. While there, George Maloof introduces them to the Oklahoma version of the Olly girls.

The Olly girls are fired because of the party they threw at Jeff's house. Janelle is on probation for her Vegas antics and Erin is given her job.
