A Cinema Membership gives you streaming access to the latest blockbusters, new and exclusive Sky Original movies and iconic film collections.

How much do I pay?

You can get a Cinema Membership for €11.99 a month that you can cancel at any time.

Do I get TV shows too?

No, with a Cinema Membership you can only watch movies. To watch shows you can either get a separate Entertainment Membership, or you can watch movies and shows together with a Cinema & Entertainment Bundle.

Can I watch movies without ads?

Yes. If you prefer to watch without ads, you can upgrade your viewing experience with either Boost or Ultra Boost, which lets you stream on-demand shows ad-free*.

What do I get?

With a NOW Cinema Membership, you can watch a whole range of movies, from action-packed blockbusters to wholesome family favourites. You can download them to watch whenever and wherever you like, across many devices. You’ll also get access to all 11 live Sky Cinema channels, where we’re constantly showing best-in class movies for you to enjoy.

We regularly update and add to our movie collection, bringing you recent box office hits, award-winners, and Sky Originals. You can take a look through our movie catalogue to see which titles we currently have available.

Do I need a box or a stick to watch?

No. All you need to watch instantly is:

• Minimum 2.5Mbps broadband download speed
• A NOW account

What are Boost and Ultra Boost?

Boost and Ultra Boost are add-ons that enhance your streaming experience, which you can upgrade to when you buy an Entertainment, Cinema, Sports Month Membership or Sports Extra Month Membership.

With Boost, you can stream ad-free*, in Full HD** (1080p), with Dolby Digital 5.1 audio and on 2 devices at once. If you want to enhance your experience even further, the Ultra-Boost add-on allows you to stream ad-free*, in 4K Ultra HD** with Dolby Atmos surround sound and on 3 devices at once.

*Ad-free excludes live channels and trailers promoting NOW. Boost and Ultra Boost do not remove ads from live sports and channels. **Features available on selected content and devices only. You'll need a minimum internet speed of 12Mpbs to utilise Boost and 30Mpbs for Ultra Boost.

Can I download movies to watch offline?

If you've got an Apple or Android smartphone or tablet, you can download selected movies (excluding 20th Century Fox and Disney movies) to your device and watch them anywhere.

Each movie can be downloaded twice and will be saved on your device for up to 30 days. Once you start watching, you've got 48 hours during which you can watch it as many times as you like. Find out more about downloading movies.
