What is an Entertainment Membership?

An Entertainment Membership gives you streaming access to the latest Sky shows, HBO series from the US, new and exclusive Sky Originals and live Sky channels.

How much do I pay?

Memberships start from €5.99 for a 6-month minimum term. Looking for more flexibility? You can get a membership for €11.99 a month that you can cancel at any time.

If you're on a minimum-term plan and you ask to cancel during your minimum term, your cancellation will only take effect when your plan ends.

Do I get movies too?

With an Entertainment Membership you can only watch TV shows. To watch movies, you can either get a separate Cinema Membership, or you can watch movies and shows together with a Cinema & Entertainment Bundle.

Can I watch shows without ads?

Yes. If you prefer to watch without ads, you can upgrade your viewing experience with either Boost or Ultra Boost, which lets you stream on-demand shows ad-free*.

What channels do I get?

You get Sky Atlantic, Sky Max, Sky Showcase, Sky Witness, Sky Comedy, Sky Documentaries, Sky History, Sky Nature, Sky Crime, Sky Arts, Sky Sci-Fi, Gold, MTV, Comedy Central, Alibi, Sky Kids and BSL Zone.

You also get on-demand shows from all of these channels (except Sky Showcase), which means you can watch the TV you love when you want.

And for the little ones, there are 7 live kids' channels: Sky Kids, plus Boomerang, Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, Cartoonito, Nick Jr and Nicktoons. On-demand shows are available for all these channels except Cartoonito. And you get box sets from Milkshake!, CBeebies and CBBC too.

Do I need a box or a stick to watch?

No. All you need to watch instantly is:

• Minimum 2.5Mbps broadband download speed

What are Boost and Ultra Boost?

Boost and Ultra Boost are add-ons that enhance your streaming experience, which you can upgrade to when you buy an Entertainment, Cinema, Sports Month Membership or Sports Extra Month Membership.

With Boost, you can stream ad-free* , in Full HD** (1080p), with Dolby Digital 5.1 audio and on 2 devices at once. If you want to enhance your experience even further, the Ultra-Boost add-on allows you to stream ad-free*, in 4K Ultra HD** with Dolby Atmos surround sound and on 3 devices at once.

Can I download shows to watch offline?

If you've got an Apple or Android smartphone or tablet, you can download selected shows to your device and watch them anywhere.

Each show can be downloaded twice and will be saved on your device for up to 30 days. Once you start watching, you've got 48 hours during which you can watch it as many times as you like. Find out more about downloading shows.
