The Doctors travel to Iowa to see a father whose infected chest implant is threatening his life, before meeting a pair of twins with matching cleft deformities.

The doctors head down south to meet a man with a unique nasal syndrome. Back in California they meet with a woman who was born with a conjoined twin.

Doctors Dubrow and Nassif travel to Virginia to meet a young woman with severely deformed breasts. Later, Paul discovers he has a serious medical condition.

The doctors set out for Vegas to meet a young mother born with Pectus Excavatum, and whose underlying breast issues are getting harder to deal with.
