As dawn breaks, Eric the crab leads a joyful chorus with his sea creature friends, attempting to awaken the sleeping octopus. Despite their efforts, they tire and fall asleep, and when the octopus finally wakes up, it's surprised to find it's already night time.
StingrayEric the crab's attempt to join the singing fish leads him to tumble onto the meditating octopus, who starts playing the anchor like a double bass, accompanied by all sea creatures, including the stingray whose electric discharge adds excitement, except for a shocked fisherman on a nearby boat.
WhaleEric the crab leads a sea creature chorus until he accidentally jumps into a whale's blowhole, causing it to inhale them into its belly. Inside the whale, the music persists until the whale sneezes and they're expelled back into the sea.
Magic WandIn a sunken ship, the octopus discovers a stick with the power to control music, leading to thenoisy disco party singing an operatic aria; however, when the octopus falls asleep and drops the stick, the crab picks it up, forcing the octopus to dance against his will.
RainOn a rainy day, Eric the crab tries to engage the sad shark with music but receives no attention. Disheartened, the crab encounters the squid, who sings with a silly voice and fails to play a seaweed flute. Suddenly, a melodious sound emanates from a sleeping octopus, who unwittingly plays the flute, prompting joyful music that unites all sea creatures in harmony, including the previously silly-singing squid, culminating in a happy gathering.
ThrillerEric the crab roams the sea while everyone sleeps, struggling to rest himself. Suddenly, eerie music fills the air, and he discovers he can't make a sound; even his friends appear as zombies. Terrified, he flees, only to awaken and find his friends harmonizing with him, realizing it was all just a dream. Relieved, the crab falls back asleep, comforted by the familiar sounds of his friends and his own voice.
TVJoe the octopus discovers an old television set at the bottom of the sea and starts watching it. However, he soon becomes bored and tries to find another program. He carries the TV with him, chasing after the whale, following the fishes, and observing the squid. But the crab also wants to be on the TV screen. Yet, even the program with the crab eventually loses its appeal to the octopus, and he ends up watching the sunset through the empty TV screen.
GramophoneJoe the octopus finds a vinyl record and winds up the gramophone, and would not allow the others to sing or play along. As a result, the record breaks, but the friends find instruments and play the melody live. The octopus joyfully dances along with the music.
BuoyEric the crab shows the floating buoy on the sea's surface to the squid, leading to a lively music session with the shark improvising a double bass, awakening a displeased. When the buoy deflates, the clever crab finds a scuba tank to reinflate it, but this time too forcefully, sending it and the octopus airborne, where it’s caught on a rock, and the friends continue playing with a seagull now on bass.
BathyscapheEric the crab spots a passing bathyscaphe and chases after it, wanting to include it in the fun. However, the bathyscaphe gets scared and escapes the persistent crab and its friends. It hides until it runs out of power and sinks to the seabed. Fortunately, the Ray the stingray revives it with an electric discharge. The bathyscaphe comes back to life and swims away but soon returns and joins in the joyous celebration with the rest of the group.
CoconutA coconut falling on his head interrupts Eric the crab’s song, and his voice suddenly becomes silly. Attempting to change his voice back, his friends drop other objects on his head, but nothing works until another coconut falls on his head, changing his voice back. Everyone happily sings, but another coconut falls on the crab, and he speaks with a silly voice again. Unfortunately, there are no more coconuts left…
ReplayWhile singing, Eric the crab discovers the echo of his voice. He starts searching for who could be making the echo, constantly interrupting the octopus from building a stone pyramid. Finally, the "culprit" turns out to be the squid, who, realizing his mistake, joins in the musical performance. They harmonize together, and the octopus replaces the squid’s echo.
TreasureJoe the octopus and Eric the crab stumble upon a chest hidden in the seabed. When they finally crack it open, they find a pirate's skeleton guarding the treasure that lay inside. But instead of being scared off, they decide to use the loot to create some seriously killer music. At first, the skeleton freaks out and retreats back into the chest, but eventually, it emerges and joins in on the fun.
GenieJoe the octopus finds a magic lamp and tosses it away. Eric decides to rub it, revealing a genie. However, Eric has no idea what to do with the genie, so he asks the genie to keep singing and dancing–even when he's asleep. Joe sees this and decides to steal the lamp. Unfortunately, Joe's three wishes turn out to be pretty silly: he asks for parted hair, a big nose, and big ears. After the genie grants these wishes, it disappears back inside the lamp, leaving Joe with his strange new features.
ChaseJoe daydreams about dancing and flying among a flock of birds. But Eric jolts him back to reality with a "Hey!" Joe is annoyed. He flees and hides, but Eric continues to pursue him, believing it is a game of some sort. Joe discovers a raft, hops on it, and is propelled away from the island. Joe stretches his tentacles, flapping them like wings, and once again spots a flock of birds, who look at him in surprise. He rejoices but once again hears the familiar "Hey!" Joe is horrified. He pulls back the board Eric is standing on, releasing Eric back into the sea. Joe reaches the shore after the raft breaks apart. Relieved that Eric does not seem to be around, he lies down and shuts his eyes. Just as he starts to dream, he hears "Hey!" from all directions. He opens his eyes and finds himself surrounded by crabs. In terror, he dashes around the island and surprisingly takes off, joining the flock of birds.
DoctorEric discovers a doctor's bag and finds a stethoscope, an enema kit, a syringe, and a thermometer. He instantly examines Sid and orders "bed rest". He then dashes off to check on the others' health, who are eventually also put on bed rest. Eric gives medicine to Joe and pulls out the syringe. Joe flees when he sees the syringe, and Eric pursues him. When Eric returns, all of his patients have left! Feeling sad, he takes out the stethoscope and makes music with it. His "patients" returns as they hear the music. They then decide to sing along. Suddenly, Sid coughs. Everyone stops and exchanges looks. Eric takes the bag and runs toward Sid. Sid flees in terror, while Eric chases him.
PenguinEric and his friends find something large and white disrupting their dance party. They follow the iceberg to an island shore, where they befriend the penguin and play together in the snow. Soon after, Eric finds the penguin sitting under a tree, all sweaty. They build a raft for the penguin, and Eric hands the penguin an umbrella. The penguin uses it as a sail.
MoonEric is having fun with his friends. Tired of all the noise, Joe crawls out of the water onto a rock and dreams about peace and quiet. As Joe gazes at the sky, he crafts an idea and builds a catapult. Curious Eric climbs into the contraption and launches himself. Joe smiles and goes to bed while Eric flops onto the surface of the moon where he finds more crabs. They have a dance party, causing the moon to shake and spin like a disco ball. Joe opens his eyes and looks at the Moon in horror.
Music LessonSid is making so much of a racket that a bird grabs him and takes him to her nest to teach her chicks to sing and dance. The bird is pleased and Sid goes back to his friends and sings some more. Back in the nest, the bird cannot sleep because her chicks won't stop singing.
VoiceEric loses his voice, and everyone tries to help him get it back. After several futile attempts, Eric’s friends decide to scare him, and it works. Eric's voice returns, only it’s high and squeaky. Eric runs all over the place screaming. He then runs into the mouth of Sharon. Sharon coughs and Eric files out of Sharon’s mouth. Eric opens his eyes and starts singing in his own voice again. Everyone happily joins in the singing until Sharon coughs, horrified that she's also lost her voice.
ChessSeeking refuge from the noisy crab in a cupboard, Joe the octopus gets knocked out by a falling chess set. He dreams of being chased by Eric the crab, only to awaken with friends by his side. Just then, a heavy ball drops, landing Joe in a bowling lane surrounded by pins.
RestlessEric the crab keeps everyone on their toes with his lively song, refusing to let anyone catch their breath. Tired but determined, they attempt to hide, but Eric finds them all. Eventually, he falls asleep. As his friends quietly disperse, The turtle accidentally drops a shell, waking Eric, and the fun resumes.
Grand PianoJoe the octopus tries to hide from Eric the crab when, unexpectedly, a grand piano emerges from the seaweed. He slips inside, but the piano slides over to Sid the squid, who begins playing rock 'n' roll. Horrified, Joe opens the lid and dances on the strings, ultimately getting slammed by the lid. He awakens to find his friends bandaging his head and helping him stand. Leaning on the keys, he inadvertently cues the music to resume. In a moment of despair, Joe bursts into an operatic song, filling the underwater scene with renewed energy and creativity.
CrocodileOn a tranquil morning, the turtle snores while Eric the crab dances, singing along. Suddenly, the crocodile appears, startling everyone into hiding. He asks them to continue, but his off-key voice disrupts the song. After some miscommunication, the crocodile swallows a scuba tank, surprising everyone with his beautiful soprano voice, harmonizing together.
PiratesEric the crab discovers a pirate chest and dons a hat and spyglass, commanding a sunken ship while fish mimic its movements. His friends join in, but only a treasure map remains for Sid the squid. The map leads them to an island where they find a caged parrot that mimics their voices. Startled, Eric flees, but the parrot chases after a passing duck.
