After exhibiting a pattern of concerning behaviour, Rosendo is diagnosed with Alzheimer's. When the family rallies to form a mariachi band, Rosendo invites his estranged brother Gavilán, leading to a troubling reunion.

As tensions between Lucía and Gavilán begin to resurface, Rosendo struggles to remember the root of their issue. Ahead of their first family gig, Jorge's excitement turns to panic when he learns more about the performance.

While Cristina reels from a troubling work call, the rest of the Cuevas family attempts to recover from Gavilán's shocking public reveal.

As Gavilán escalates his efforts to stay close to the family, Rosendo and Lucía strategise how best to untangle the chaos left in his wake. Meanwhile, a reemployed Jorge slips further from Cristina, and RETA opens for Gavilán.
