A murder occurs that is linked to the drug trafficking case. The investigation leads the police to a local high school. A local businessman, Nowak, is also involved. Zawieja discovers that Marek Lański has returned to Szczecin.

Zawieja takes the initiative during the investigation, which leads to a conflict with Trepa. Things become more complicated when a tragic accident occurs during the search for the suspect, and the police officers are blamed.

The prosecutor is investigating the accident. Dissatisfaction among the city's residents is growing. They are pushing for a confrontation with the police. Zawieja suspects that someone at the station is obstructing the investigation.

Thanks to Zawieja, the police learn about a planned drug deal. Molski is most likely involved in the case. Trepa is trying to uncover the identities of the corrupt officers.
