Wheeler Dealers, Porsche 928 - Part 1

Mike Brewer buys a tired MX5 and passes it on to Edd China for a mechanical makeover. Edd begins by removing the leaking hood, rusty wings, and seats.

Edd completes the renovation of the MX5 - working on the air filter, chassis brace and wheels and fitting the new hood -, and Mike takes a test drive.

Edd gets to work on a Mercedes Cosworth that Mike has purchased in need of mechanical TLC. Jobs include a new suspension system and track rod end.

There are still a few jobs for Edd to work on the Mercedes before it is ready for Mike to sell on, including fitting new tyres, tracking, and exhaust.

Edd China is slightly sceptical when the Porsche 928 Mike Brewer buys turns out to be a non-runner. Can Edd work his mechanical magic?

Mike meets a proud owner of a Porsche 928 in great condition, while Edd puts the finishing touches to the project, which soon attracts some interest.

Mike Brewer selects a VW Camper Van in need of Edd China's expertise. Edd's first jobs include changing the exhaust and completing a diesel service.

Edd's work on the VW Camper Van impresses Mike, especially the interior. He takes it for a ride, and it's immediately snapped up, by someone unexpected.

Mike Brewer takes a risk and buys a Lancia Delta Integrale without test driving it. Edd starts work on the brakes and then changes the battery.

After Edd works his magic, the Lancia Delta Integrale looks amazing, and drives like a dream. Mike has no trouble finding an eager buyer.

Edd sets about reinvigorating an old Range Rover that Mike has purchased, but problems arise when the car's CO2 emissions are tested.

Once Edd has put the finishing touches to the Range Rover, Mike takes it out for a spin, and then puts it up for sale, hopeful of plenty of interest.
