As project delays drag on, Jeff decides to sell Gramercy and go back to flipping. Next, he and his team launch his new paint line at a huge LA trade show.

As Jenni's due date arrives, Jeff is getting more and more into the birthing process, while he also juggles design gigs for his celebrity clients.
