Flipping Out

Our favourite obsessive-compulsive house flipper, Jeff Lewis is back, taking on a changing real estate market and a new boss who flips one on Jeff.

Not only is the market in decline, Jeff gets the wrong shade of drapes. Meltdown time! His birthday artwork for caretaker Zoila doesn't go so well, either.

Suspicious of his staff, Jeff installs a hidden camera in his office. When the sting operation reveals interesting information, Jeff has to take action.

Jeff must decide if he should finally fire Chris Elwood, and promote New Chris into Elwood's position. All the tension has Jenni and Elwood at odds, too.

Valley Oak's taking so long to sell, Jeff returns to the historic restoration project, while being Jeff's only assistant causes New Chris to flip out.

The problems keep piling up as Jeff discovers one of his projects is completely over budget, which only adds to the ongoing grief with his staff.

Jeff finally catches a break, or so he thinks. He sells his Commonwealth home and readies to move into Valley Oak. Not so fast...Ryan has other plans.

The crew reunites to chew on the best of the flipped-out Season 2. Plus, Jeff has a cool surprise for Zoila to make up for that infamous birthday painting.
