Jeff threatens to replace his faithful Zoila. Then, he insists on having a person living outside of Chaz's studio removed. Things come to a tragic end.

Jeff tries to rekindle his friendship with Ryan. At Chloe's birthday party, amongst family, friends and babies, Jeff wonders if it's time to settle down.
