Scooby-Doo and the gang are hitching a ride with their friend Cher on her yacht coming back from the Azores to the Caribbean. They run "aground" in the strange Sargasso Sea full of thick Sargassum seaweed and a graveyard of old ships of all kinds. When sharkmen start attacking the yacht and all on board, it's up to our gang to team up with Cher and get to the bottom of this murky mystery. Can they escape the sharkmen long enough to dive the wrecks below and find the answers they need?

The gang travels back to Ancient Greece, where they play unique roles in a Greek Mystery involving the mythological spider woman, Arachne, and her attempts to disrupt the royal wedding that would unite two great cities!

The gang heads to Shaggy's beloved grandmother's Florida retirement home, where they learn a crazed Ape Man has been frightening the elderly residents.

On a ski trip into the cold, snowy mountains, the Mystery Inc. gang gets diverted by a huge avalanche to have to stay the night at a creepy old library that was once the 1880s mansion of famed railroad baron and adventurer Oswald Burlington. The Burlington Library is full of mystery...and when the gang start seeing phantasms and monsters, they have to get to the bottom of those mysteries or they might just not make it off this mountaintop alive. As they delve deeper into these nightmarish apparitions, they find they are victim to a type of wood smoke that causes horrible delusions and phantasms. It's being burned by none other than the caretaker of the Burlington Library -- hoping to scare everyone off and finally close the place to go someplace warm. But wait, there's more.
