Horrible Bosses' Jason Sudeikis voices Red, a tetchy outsider who just doesn't fit in among his relentlessly chirpy island community. One outburst too many and he's sentenced to anger management classes with fellow non-conformers Chuck (Josh Gad) and Bomb (Danny McBride).
