This adults-only animated series is about a dead CIA hitman named Al Simmons, who makes a deal with the devil so that he can return to his wife Wanda.

A grenade-toting preacher named Cain holds a mute boy hostage, and Spawn is pressed into action. Senator McMillan gets a call from Wynn -- someone's been hacking into government files.
