Unexpected

Emalee and Nate attend school and Nate's motocross tournament together. Jenna and son Luca return to Pennsylvania from a summer spent in Myrtle Beach. Kayleigh facetimes her boyfriend Graham and serves her family during a shift at work.

Aniyah has her boyfriend, Dakwon, paint her baby bump. Matt helps Jenna and Luca make the move to Myrtle Beach. Kayleigh is gifted a new car, and goes to take her permit test. At Nate's motocross tournament, Emalee sees his competitive side.

Lilly asks Kim to help her with school drop-off as Lawrence works. Aniyah and Dakwon bring their families to an ultrasound. Things take a turn as Aniyah ends up in the ER. Emalee tells her dad about her plans to move in with Nate's family.

Lilly tells Lawrence they have to start planning for their wedding. Kayleigh and Mandy start planning the baby shower, while Graham and mum Bekki discuss Graham's struggles. Emalee, and Nate have a tense date after Emalee's difficult checkup.

Aniyah starts to feel sick and goes to the ER. Lilly and Lawrence host Christmas dinner for their families and make a big announcement. Kayleigh and Mandy prepare and throw Kayleigh's baby shower, annoyed that Graham, and Bekki aren't very involved.

Aniyah's Covid-positive during labour, and she has to choose who will be her one visitor during birth. When Kayleigh confronts Graham about his unreliability, he emotionally breaks down. LJ completely derails Lilly's meeting at her wedding venue.

Jenna prepares for her birthday with JJ and Dalanie. Lilly feels overwhelmed by wedding planning and her limited budget. Aniyah gives birth to baby Aniyis, without Dakwon there. Emalee goes into labour, but is quickly derailed from her birth plan.

Aaliyah throws off Lilly's wedding planning when she comes down with the flu. Tension between JJ and Dalanie rise. Emalee is terrified to have a C-section, but gives birth to a healthy baby. Kayleigh's able to schedule an induction, but Graham is MIA.

Mandy and Kayleigh prepares for Kayleigh's induction, inviting Graham and Bekki over to hash things out. Aniyah, and Dakwon try to figure out their family dynamic at newborn baby Aniyis' christening.

Kayleigh's labor begins, and she's frustrated with the lack of support. Jenna attends custody court back in Pennsylvania. Emalee isn't a fan of living at Taryn's. Dakwon gives Aniyah a promise ring, but announces that he's enlisting in the military.

Lawrence and his groomsmen head out for a bachelor party full of tequila and surprises -- much to Lilly's concern. Aniyah and Dakwon go out to lunch, and both seem concerned they'll be unable to stay faithful, and present if he leaves for the Air Force.

Kayleigh has a successful C-section, and welcomes baby Easton. At her bachelorette, a surprise stripper makes Lilly uncomfortable and infuriates Lawrence. Emalee, and Westley have moved out of Taryn's, putting Nate in the middle.

Kayleigh, her friends, and Mandy, all doubt that Graham will step up to the plate in the future. Lilly and Lawrence finally say their 'I Dos.' Stressed about her custody situation, and distanced from Dalanie, Jenna finds out that she's pregnant.
