Terminal Problems: The team must come up with a plan for Sydney's second airport. Rhonda nominates Nat to be a keynote speaker at a Woman in Power conference. (S2, E05)

Starting the Conversation: Tony tries to stay out of planning dispute, despite Jim's best efforts. Rhonda wants to raise the department's online presence through social media. (S2, E06)
