Bradley Walsh & Son: Breaking Dad, Poland

Croatia: There's no easing his dad in on this trip... first up, they'll be swinging off the roof of Split's iconic football stadium, before diving headfirst into the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic Sea. (S4, E01)

Bradley and Barney's epic journey continues North, having left Croatia behind, this week they're saying Hello to Hungary, where the boys take to the open waters of Lake Balaton for a spot of high speed catamaran sailing with an Olympic crew. (S4, E02)

Poland: Bradley and Barney continue their Euro adventure in Poland. After sightseeing in Krakow, the boys don wetsuits and head to a freezing cold lake to try out water blobbing. (S4, E03)

Denmark: Bradley and Barney are past the halfway point on their spectacular father and son road trip. This time they are in Denmark for the Scandinavian leg of the tour where a meeting with some Vikings gives them a great introduction to this famous country before things take a lighter turn, where the pair meet a laughter guru for one of the most outrageous sessions ever. (S4, E04)

Sweden: Brad and Barney kick start this leg of their tour with a bang - in honour of the famous Swede, Alfred Nobel. They then hit the ice and go head-to-head in a Curling competition alongside the Swedish Women's Team in Stockholm. (S4, E05)

Norway: The final episode of Bradley and Barney's epic journey, braving the breath-taking but bitterly cold Norway. First up Barney has arranged to meet a local adventurer who dares them to sit in icy water before showing them a spectacular stunt, diving from 20m head first into a lake. (S4, E06)
