Visitors of Bihl Manor have reported being bitten and scratched by an aggressive entity in the basement. Nick uses new paranormal gear to try to find out if the haunters are directly connected with those who died during the time it was a group home.

Nick and Tessa have been given exclusive access to be the first paranormal investigators ever to investigate the Eastern Niagara Hospital. They attempt to make contact with the many spirits of deceased patients said to haunt the massive hotel.
