The popular mobile phone game is catapulted onto the big screen in this kid-friendly animated romp. Horrible Bosses' Jason Sudeikis voices Red, a tetchy outsider who just doesn't fit in among his relentlessly chirpy island community. One outburst too many and he's sentenced to anger management classes with fellow non-conformers Chuck (Josh Gad) and Bomb (Danny McBride). But when a fleet of green pigs pitch up, he's the only one to smell a rat. Their promises of peace and kindness are merely part of a ruse to pull off a dastardly egg heist and all of a sudden Red finds himself leading a daring rescue mission.
