Playtime's over in this fourth instalment of The Conjuring series. For those keeping score, this is the prequel to the prequel of the original film (starring Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson as paranormal investigators the Warrens), and this time the focus is on a group of orphans sent to live in the big old house of Samuel and Esther Mullins (Anthony LaPaglia, Miranda Otto) - a toymaker and his wife still grief-stricken from losing their daughter in a tragic accident.
