Dino Ranch: Island Explorers, Treasure Trouble

The Dino Ranchers kick off their epic summer on Dino Island, ready for nonstop adventure with their fearless Uncle Jack! Jon is in awe of his uncle’s daring spirit and is determined to prove he’s just as bold! But on their very first dino-rescue mission, Jon’s efforts to impress him backfire. While Min and Miguel handle the situation with calm skill, Jon’s overzealousness only creates more chaos!

The Ranchers are thrilled to haul in a crate of sweet, rare Bramble Fruit. There’s one problem: the fruit’s outer shell is too hard to eat! Miguel unveils his latest invention, the Smooth-a-tron, a gadget that turns rock-hard Bramble Fruit into a silky-smooth, delicious drink! The team is moments away from tasting victory when a massive Quetzalcoatlus swoops down and snatches the entire crate!

Meet Atticus Tinhorn, Clara’s greedy, scheming uncle—who wants to claim Dino Island for himself! There’s just one problem… the Cassidys already call it home! Determined to drive them off once and for all, he cooks up a ridiculous (and ridiculously dangerous) plan: smear Boboberry Jam all over the Cassidys to lure the island’s giant fire ants into carrying them away for good!

Uncle Jack and Jon are busy gathering crates of coco-nanas! They know not to go home through Swarm Valley, home to giant dragonflies that love them! Jack and Jon take the safe route, when the Tinhorns swoop in from their hot air balloon and snatch the entire crate from them! Atticus steers the balloon straight toward Swarm Valley, unaware that he’s flying straight into a buzzing nightmare!

Traveling to the volcano, Min and Miguel encounter the island’s most fearsome predator: Big Rex! But instead of rampaging, he simply yawns as the ground trembles beneath them! The rumbling stops, replaced by the sound of a lullaby. Min and Miguel climb the volcano to uncover the source, leaving Clover and Tango to stand guard, where they encounter a Parasaur who mimics everything they do!

On a quest to gather the sweetest yum-yum plums on Dino Island, Uncle Jack shares his prized adventure journal with Jon, a record of every journey he’s taken across the island! Every page tells a story of courage and discovery, except one! The far side of the volcano remains blank! Determined to be the first to fill that empty page, Jon rallies Min and Miguel to join him on a bold new expedition!

Alone in the jungle, Clara Tinhorn wrestles with her loneliness, until she stumbles upon a freshly hatched baby crocodile! She names the hatchling Lenny, and the two quickly bond in playful joy! When the Ranchers arrive to check on the crocodile nest, they discover the baby is gone! Furious, the mother croc, Snapfang, unleashes her wrath on the Ranchers, convinced they’ve stolen her child!

The Ranchers dive deep across the ocean floor, determined to track down Jack’s long-lost rusty anchor! Their search is a success, but the moment they reach for it, the water explodes with motion! A massive plesiosaur charges at them, sending the Ranchers close to the wreck of an ancient ship! Just when a collision seems certain, the beast halts, spooked by something lurking in the depths!

Jon, Min, and Miguel can’t wait to explore their new home base! But their welcome party takes a turn when the island’s most feared predator crashes the scene: Big Rex! Uncle Jack ushers them into safety in Dino Explorers HQ! Unbeknown to the ranchers, a duo of rascally compy's have stolen the HQ's system key throwing everything into chaos.

The Ranchers take the Jungle Jetter on an underwater joyride—but their fun comes to a screeching halt when they catch the eye of Thunderfin, the island’s ill-tempered mosasaurus! With jaws snapping and tail thrashing, Thunderfin charges after them, forcing the kids to dive into the shadows of a nearby cave for cover!

During a great parasaur family migration, the Ranchers spot trouble. The youngest, Sneezer, is under the weather with booming sneezes that startle even himself, causing him to bolt away in panic! Min manages to calm him down just in time! Confident, Min volunteers to nurse Sneezer back to health while also taking on Uncle Jack’s HQ duties. But caring for dinos is no easy feat, especially alone!

First impressions can be tricky, especially when a protective mama sea turtle mistakes the Jungle Jetter for a predator! The frightened mother is injured in a chase, leaving the Dino Ranchers rushing to her rescue! Back at HQ, Min carefully treats the mama’s wounds while the others watch over her tiny hatchlings, safely tucked inside a pen! But one mischievous baby, Shelly, has other plans!

Miguel is having one of those days! After finally tracking down Jack’s missing harmonica, he barely has time to celebrate before Big Rex ambushes him, and a compy makes off with the harmonica! And his day only gets worse from there! Sinking sand, man-eating plants, giant ants and volcano tremors only increases Miguel's fear of the jungle- all of which he must overcome in order to save the day!

When Bessie the bronto takes a nasty tumble, her foot is injured. The pain has turned the gentle giant into a thrashing, dangerous dino who won’t let anyone near her, not even Min! According to Jack, rare water plants called lazypads can calm even the most riled-up dinosaur! Jack, Min, and Clover hop into the Jungle Jetter and dive beneath the waves in search of the elusive plants!

Big Rex, the islands most feared predator, imprints on Miguel after being saved from a rockslide. Convinced he can train the mighty T-Rex to help around HQ, Miguel brings him home! But between broken equipment, and a very terrified herd of dinos, it’s clear that Big Rex doesn’t belong in captivity! And worse, the raptor trio is running wild, wreaking havoc now that their “boss” is gone!

The Ranchers spot a Mosasaurus, the ocean’s mightiest predator! Min quickly realizes the mother mosa has come here to give birth! After the baby is born, the exhausted mama drifts off to sleep. Min gives the newborn its first health check-up, but just as she finishes, the mother wakes! The enraged mosa charges, triggering a rockslide that separates Min, Blitz, and the baby from the team!

The Ranchers glide through the kelp forest, gathering fresh sea greens! Above them, the Tinhorns float in their family air balloon, tossing trash overboard and polluting the ocean! Peace turns to panic when Thunderfin, the island’s massive mosasaur, surges toward the Jetter! The Ranchers race to escape as the creature slams into the sub, but his movements aren’t just angry, they’re pained!

The Ranchers are trying to wrangle a stubborn triceratops with a log jammed on her horn! Watching from the sidelines, Clara Tinhorn finds herself strangely charmed by the feisty creature, while Atticus has his eye on something shinier: the Ranchers’ Jungle Jetter! Later that night, under cover of darkness; Clara, Atticus and their new dino friend sneak into the HQ with plans to snag the vehicle.

The Dino Ranchers race to track down a high-pitched squeak. What they find is a baby ankylosaurus, squeaking in panic as a pack of raptors circles in for the attack! The operation hits a snag when a frantic plesiosaur needs help! Jon frees the panicked creature, and the two become fast friends! He names her Noodles, and she’s eager to help, maybe a little too eager!

The Ranchers are buzzing with excitement—Ma and Pa are finally visiting Dino Island! Jon, Min, and Miguel go all out preparing a grand welcome party, eager to show their parents just how far they’ve come as Dino Explorers! But Ma and Pa Cassidy find the island overwhelming until their kids show them the wonder and fun of everything new

Ma carefully chisels the perfect gemstone from a cave wall, a sparkling treasure she plans to craft into a beautiful bracelet for Pa, to celebrate their anniversary! There’s just one problem, Bo forgot the anniversary! To make it right, Pa enlists the kids’ help to find a gift worthy of Ma’s sparkle! Their idea? The rare Lava Lily, a flower said to bloom only at the peak of the island’s volcano!

Deep in the jungle, chaos erupts when a pair of raptors ambush the kids. But before the predators can strike, Uncle Jack and Pa swoop in, tackling the dinos with daring moves and perfect timing! As the brothers trade grins and playful jabs, it’s clear this isn’t just teamwork, it’s a competition! This kickstarts the ultimate race, as the brothers compete to get to the top of the volcano first.

It’s Ma and Pa’s last day on Dino Island, and the Ranchers are determined to make it perfect! So, they each pick one big adventure—three epic Cassidy-style activities to send their parents off in unforgettable fashion! However, each activity ends in ultimate failure and the kids are disappointed- until they are reminded by their parents that any day spent together is the perfect day.
