New Season. New Addition: Meet Gage, Jeff's head of Business Affairs and boyfriend. First up is Design Week in San Francisco, where Jeff's keynote speaker.

Sarah can't meet his demands, Zoila arrives late, and Jeff erupts. However, he commits a rock 'n' roll faux pas when he's introduced to Tommy Shaw of STYX.

Jeff and Jenni hit New York City with friend and client Chaz Dean. But the pressure's on Jeff to please Chaz and outdo last year's birthday gift to Zoila.

As Zoila returns to the house with her new face, Jeff gets increasingly concerned with Sarah's behaviour, ultimately resulting in a sit-down with her.

With more business and a smaller staff, the pressure is on. Then, when Jeff discovers someone's doing private design consultations on the side...Look out.

With Chaz Dean's Hollywood remodel complete, Jeff sets his sights on Chaz's NY salon, while a demanding client's insults against Jenni test his will.

Jeff hires Randy, a trusted contractor, then wonders if he can be trusted, resulting in a raging fight. Meantime, Jeff's dog Casey is rushed to the vet ER.

With the Hollywood Hills job in limbo, Jeff gets more worries as Randy the contractor threatens legal action and Jenni's part-time status becomes an issue.

His design business booming, Jeff gets the itch to flip houses again. He soon realizes he's not shopping houses...he's really looking for a home with Gage.

Andy Cohen brings everyone together for a very personal Season 5 Reunion. Highlights include Sarah and Trace, who confront Jeff about their firings.
